The full two bedroom Luxxe Master Villa (3000 square feet) - $3300/week
This configuration is designed for two families. We generally take our adult children and young
grandchildren. They will stay on the side with one bedroom and a den, with the grandchildren sleeping
in the den. We stay in the Master Bedroom. The livingroom and kitchen are shared. If one couple
wishes to stay for two weeks, it is possible to rent this entire unit and use the MBR plus LR/kit for one
week, and the 2nd BR plus den the second week (if available), saving the cost of renting both of the
units below consecutively.
Master Bedroom (Luxxe Villa) with living room and kitchen - $2400/week
This is a very nice unit for a couple. There is sleeping available for two in the living room if you have
additional guests.
One bedroom with den (Luxxe Junior Villa) - $1900/week
This unit is nice for a couple but does not include a kitchen.
Instead, the den has a bar area that includes a bar refrigerator,
microwave oven, and coffeemaker. The den can be converted to
sleep two adults or several children.
Another possibility for a larger family or three generations is to
rent this unit plus a full two-bedroom Master Villa. When we take
two sets of children and grandchildren, we rent a two-bedroom
Luxxe Master Villa plus this unit (in a location near the Master
Villa). In that case, this unit is used only for sleeping because we
all get together in the larger Master Villa most of the time
